Tax Resolution Service Review, No scam plz!!!

Hello, everyone. Did you get calls from so-called tax resolution companies? Want to know more truth about them? Here we go!

Here is the description for Tax Negotiation and Representation Industry from DMOZ:"US firms representing individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing agencies should include a verifiable physical address; a local phone number and the name and designation of at least one Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or attorney working for the firm."

So before you sign the contract, make sure the company is qualified to provide tax resolution services. Ask them do they have:
  • Enrolled Agent (EA) or
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or
  • Attorney
If the answer is yes, how many tax professions do they have in the company? Who will represent you for your tax matters? I have seen a lot of complaints on BBB.org that some companies keep switching the tax agents for the clients. And you definitely want to know more about the background and profile of the attorney.

Always check the BBB score of that company, and you will want more truth about them. Here are some website to check the review of tax resolution companies:
